WHO Seizes Global Power With Legally Binding Pandemic Treaty — U.S. Trapped Until 2026

The World Health Organization (WHO) has just signed a sweeping and legally binding pandemic treaty—granting itself unprecedented authority over global health responses, surveillance, and censorship. And despite efforts to exit, the U.S. remains locked in until 2026, thanks to Biden-backed amendments that tether America to this unelected global regime.

While the mainstream media is framing the treaty as a way to “prevent disorganization” in future pandemics, the fine print tells a different story. The new pact grants the WHO control over a 24/7 global surveillance system, centralized data sharing, and the censorship of so-called “misinformation“—placing sweeping authority in the hands of an unelected body with no accountability to voters or national governments.

This agreement comes despite former President Trump beginning the U.S. withdrawal from the WHO in 2020. Due to President Biden’s push to re-engage with the organization and implement controversial amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), the U.S. remains bound to WHO directives until at least 2026.

At the core of the treaty is the creation of a global “Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing System” (PABS) that would allow the rapid sharing of viral genetic data between countries and pharmaceutical firms. This, supporters say, will enable faster development of vaccines. But critics warn it’s a backdoor for global pharma control, bypassing local oversight in favor of centralized WHO decision-making.

The treaty also mandates that participating pharmaceutical companies allocate 10% of vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics directly to the WHO, with another 10% offered at “affordable prices.” While this may sound benevolent, it effectively gives the WHO first dibs on pandemic resources—regardless of national priorities.

Moreover, the agreement ties directly into the International Health Regulation amendments, which redefine “health products” so broadly they now include everything from vaccines and gene therapies to PPE and antidotes. Under this framework, the WHO is asserting the right to dictate access, usage, and even distribution of these products worldwide.

24/7 Surveillance, Mandatory Censorship, and Funding

Perhaps most concerning, the treaty calls for 24/7 global surveillance systems, centralized data sharing, and the censorship of so-called “misinformation.” In other words, the WHO—not national governments—would have final say over what information is “safe” for the public to hear during a declared emergency.

Nations are also required to fund these initiatives, turning national budgets into pipelines for global health governance. As some have put it, this treaty is less about health and more about building a permanent medical security state.

Adding fuel to the fire, Dr. Anthony Fauci re-emerged just days before the agreement was finalized, warning the public about a potential new respiratory pandemic. Simultaneously, the FDA quietly approved new vaccines targeting H5N1 bird flu—raising eyebrows among critics who see this pattern repeating all too often.

Is it coincidence that these “emergencies” and official warnings always emerge just in time to justify new global policies?

Exit the WHO—Now

As WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus celebrated the deal as “a significant milestone,” growing numbers of Americans are calling for the U.S. to fully and permanently exit the WHO. For many, remaining under the control of a centralized, unaccountable global health regime is a red line.

“This is a medical coup,” said one watchdog analyst. “If the U.S. doesn’t leave the WHO now, we may not have the option to say no when the next ‘emergency’ is declared.”

With the World Health Assembly set to formally adopt the treaty next month, the time to act—many warn—is now.
