Tucker Carlson has sounded the alarm, claiming the Deep State is plotting to sabotage President Trump’s vision of a “golden age” by pushing the U.S. into a war with Iran. On his podcast this week, he highlighted this as a deliberate strategy to undermine Trump’s administration.
Carlson emphasized the stakes, stating, “I’m just watching, but it seems like the fastest way to derail the whole project—the Trump administration and the United States of America—is a war with Iran.” His warning underscores the potential for foreign conflict to destabilize Trump’s agenda and the nation itself.
“That’s why I’ve been watching it as carefully as I can,” Tucker continued, adding “again, if you hated Donald Trump and you hated what the administration is doing on immigration, trade, anti-wokeness, whatever, and you wanted to stop it, the first thing you would do is apply pressure to have the US military engage in a war with Iran.”

Modernity.news reports: Carlson’s guest Dan Caldwell concurred, adding “that, and also continuing to do what we’ve been doing previously in Russia-Ukraine.”
Caldwell is the former Senior Advisor to Pete Hegseth who took the fall for the so called “Signalgate” incident.
“Oh, for sure, for sure,” Carlson replied, adding “Though, I don’t know why—well, I’m going to ask you all about this, but it feels like Wickoff is helping a lot there. God bless.”
He is referring to Steve Witkoff, President Trump’s Special Envoy to the Middle East, who has also now taken on the role of negotiating with Russia to try to end the conflict in Ukraine.
“He’s a godsend. I mean, I’ve already said he’s a godsend,” Caldwell emphasised.
“I couldn’t agree more, as a man and as an instrument of peace and a figure now out of history,” Carlson agreeed.
