The Eurobarometer Flash Youth Survey provides key insights into young people’s political priorities, attitudes towards the European Union, sources of information, exposure to disinformation, political engagement, and voting behaviour in the last European elections.
The survey was conducted in October by Ipsos. It examines the views of over 25.000 young people (aged 16-30) across all 27 Member States.
Key findings:
- Tackling rising prices should be top EU priority
- Social media outrun TV as main source of information
- Young people are aware of their exposure to disinformation
