The European Labour Authority (ELA) launches the fourth edition of its call for good practices 2025, inviting submissions that support fair and effective labour mobility across the EU. The elaborated good practices will be listed in ELA’s good practice database, while the selected exemplary practices will be presented and recognised during an ELA event.
This year’s focus areas:
- information provision on registration and payment of social contributions;
- practices (legal and administrative) to detect and prevent bogus self-employment;
- labour and skills shortages in the health and care sector ;
- undeclared work.
The ongoing call for good practices is open to Member State administrations, but also to other stakeholders operating at the national, regional or local level, including social security institutions, civil society and social partner organisations. This includes EU Member States and other countries in the EURES network.
Good practices should be submitted by filling in the application form by 19 May 2025.
Applicants are encouraged to submit good practices also on other topics related to EU labour mobility and may submit more than one good practice.
Should you have any questions, please contact us.
The aim of the ELA call for good practices is to foster the exchange, dissemination, and adoption of effective approaches and knowledge among Member States and further contribution to the effective application and enforcement of EU labour mobility law and social security coordination within the EU.
