Joe Biden pre-emptively pardoned Covid response chief Dr Anthony Fauci, and others, hours before leaving the White House
Along with Fauci, Biden pardoned the members of the 6 January riot investigation to prevent what he called “unjustified… politically motivated prosecutions”.
He also issued a pre-emptive pardon to Mark Milley, a former chairman of the Join Chiefs of Staff, who recently described Trump as “fascist to the core”.

A spokesperson for Donald Trump has called Biden’s pre-emptive pardon “the greatest attack on America’s justice system in history”.
In a post of X, Taylor Budowich, Trump’s incoming deputy chief of staff for communications & personnel said: “With the stroke of a pen, he (Biden) unilaterally shielded a group of political cronies from the scales of justice,” Taylor Budowich, “This is yet another dangerous and unreversible erosion of American norms.”
In his statement which came in the final hours of his presidency, Biden said that the pardons should “not be mistaken as an acknowledgment” that any of those covered “engaged in any wrongdoing”.
Despite the preemptive pardons, Senator Rand Paul said he will continue his Investigation into the mad scientist
Infowars reports: Sen. Rand Paul said on Monday that he will continue to investigate Anthony Fauci for his involvement in the Covid operation regardless of lame duck Joe Biden’s preemptive pardon of the highest paid U.S. official.
“As Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee I will not rest until the entire truth of the coverup is exposed,” Paul wrote in a social media post. “Fauci’s pardon will only serve as an accelerant to pierce the veil of deception. Ignominious! Anthony Fauci will go down in history as the first government scientist to be preemptively pardoned for a crime.”
Paul stated that the pardon actually certified Fauci’s culpability in the Covid pandemic operation.
“If there was ever any doubt as to who bears responsibility for the COVID pandemic, Biden’s pardon of Fauci forever seals the deal,” Paul wrote in a social media post.
While the Biden pardon would preclude Fauci from prosecution for his crimes, it would not however, preclude Fauci from testifying or responding to subpoenas for his crimes, allowing Paul to continue collecting evidence to reveal the truth about Covid to the American people.
