A confidential Pfizer safety report, hidden from public view but now revealed through a FOIA request, has unveiled troubling data on heart conditions and other severe adverse events among vaccinated individuals.
Despite the findings being both statistically significant and deeply concerning, the mainstream media has chosen to stay silent, leaving the public unaware of the risks that Pfizer’s own safety data exposes.
The data comes from Pfizer’s Interim Report 5 of the Post-Authorization Safety Study (PASS) dated March 12th 2024, formally titled the “Post Conditional Approval Active Surveillance Study.”

National regulators routinely require pharmaceutical manufacturers to conduct PASS studies as a condition of authorization of most new medicines.
This study, conducted under the oversight of European regulators, analyzed health outcomes in over 12 million vaccinated individuals compared with 12 million matched unvaccinated controls. It specifically examined 37 adverse events of special interest (AESIs), ranging from cardiovascular conditions to autoimmune disorders.
While it is generally acknowledged that the unvaccinated population in the study had poorer overall health—evidenced by higher all-cause mortality rates—the vaccinated population exhibited alarming and undeniable increases in specific conditions directly linked to the vaccine.
Below are some heart-related cumulative incidence graphs from Pfizer’s full ‘Interim Report 5’. You will immediately notice that the incidence for each type of condition is significantly greater in the Covid vaccinated (bad) – but we already knew that from the Hazard Ratios in the abstract.
Perhaps most alarming is the trend revealed by the study’s cumulative incidence graphs.
For multiple conditions, such as coronary artery disease and acute cardiovascular injury, the disparity between vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals grows larger over time. This suggests that the adverse effects are not temporary but worsen as time progresses.
Acute cardiovascular injury (23% higher in the vaccinated and getting worse with every passing day; page 130):
Arrhythmia (27% higher in the vaccinated and getting worse; page 138):
Heart failure (2% higher in the vaccinated and getting worse, though not quite statistically significant at this point; page 146):
Stress cardiomyopathy (30% higher in the vaccinated and getting worse, though not yet statistically significant; page 153):
Coronary artery disease (40% higher in the vaccinated and getting worse; page 160):
These findings don’t just affect the vaccinated—they cast a shadow over entire industries where physical fitness is critical, like aviation. Imagine the catastrophic risk posed by the sudden incapacitation of a pilot mid-flight due to undetected heart conditions.
This isn’t just a health crisis; it’s a public safety emergency playing out before our eyes.
The silence from regulators and mainstream media in response to Pfizer’s PASS study is deeply troubling. Despite clear evidence of increased heart-related risks among vaccinated individuals, authorities have failed to act, prioritizing corporate profits over public health.
This is more than negligence—it’s an ongoing crisis that demands immediate attention. The data shows worsening trends over time, making transparency and accountability essential. Governments and health agencies must acknowledge these findings and take decisive action to protect public safety.
The time for silence is over. It’s time for an honest, open conversation about the risks and a commitment to putting public health first.
