The new NIH director has warned that ‘dangerous mRNA jabs’ are causing millions to die, a stark admission from Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, a Stanford Medical School professor who once called for their suspension. Now leading the NIH, Bhattacharya has condemned the mRNA platform, stating it affects people differently and was never “ready for prime time,” fueling a growing crisis of disability and excess deaths.
Bhattacharya, a signatory of the 2024 Hope Accord petition, joins thousands of doctors and scientists in demanding a halt to these “novel Covid-19 mRNA vaccine products.” His leadership at the NIH marks a pivotal shift, as he challenges the safety and efficacy of vaccines that he believes are wreaking havoc on global health.
Redpilltimes.com reports: Dr. Bhattacharya has already made waves as NIH Director, by all but announcing that the mRNA platform was dead, due to uncontrollable biological factors, which accounted for so many serious adverse events, including death, while others might feel nothing.

Dr. Bhattacharya has called for new research into traditional, inactivated, dead-virus vaccines as the new “gold standard.”

“Dr Jay Bhattacharya, who has been nominated to lead the National Institutes of Health (NIH), has backed a petition calling for the mRNA vaccines to be paused and retested…He is one of the signatories of the Hope Accord, which claims there is a ‘causal link’ between the mRNA shots and an alarming rise in excess deaths worldwide.”
Dr. Bhattacharya’s nomination by Trump for NIH Director was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on March 25, 2025.
In case you missed it: NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya on mRNA tech:
«The next step is [to halt] the mRNA platform itself… the manufacturer has no idea what dose they’re giving, no idea where it goes in the body, and whether they are producing off-target antigens» pic.twitter.com/wtqYLQuTM9

Dr. Bhattacharya argues, as do other scientists, that there are wildly divergent differences in how the mRNA genetic code in the shots may affect different individuals, and no way to control it.
Dr. Bhattacharya said last month soon after he was confirmed:
“The dose of the antigen that’s produced that you’re induced by one mRNA a strand…it could be one or two, three, five There’s no control over it. The the dose of the mRNA you may have some control over, but the dose of the antigen almost none because you don’t have control over how many copies are made of the antigen um per per string The biodistribution of it also is not controllable so you see evidence of harms in lots of different body systems…”
Dr. Bhattacharya also pointed out that, like errors made by a computer making multiple copies of a file which results in a corrupted file, the mRNA makes imperfect copies of the protein it is intended to produce.
Dr. Bhattacharya said:
“the third thing is that the fidelity of the proteins made by the code…the mRNA technology is not perfect, you often get antigens and proteins that are not in the code itself because there’s skipping frame shifts and other things, and so from a regulatory perspective,…Do you say okay you can give this product to people even though you don’t know the dose that you’re giving to people, even though you don’t know where it’s going in the body, and even though you don’t know that you’re producing the target antigen that you want to produce?”
Despite the enormous significance of such known problems with the mRNA platform, only the Epoch Times reported on it. In December 2023 in “Pfizer’s mRNA COVID Shot Can Cause Unintended Immune Responses” the Epoch Times reported (via reprint in The Vaccine Reaction):
“A new study by published in the journal Nature last week revealed that the mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) COVID-19 gene therapies can unexpectedly cause cells of the body to misread the mRNA coding and produce unintended proteins (also known as ribosomes), a process described in the study as “frameshifting.”
The study by the Medical Research Council (MRC) Toxicology Unit at Cambridge University in England found that “bases with a chemical modification called N1-methylpseudouridine, which are currently contained in mRNA therapies,” are behind these misreads or “slips” along the mRNA sequence.”
Dr. Bhattacharya surmised:
“…there’s going to need to be two or three more Nobel prize winning advances before this is ready for prime time.”
NIH Director Bhattacharya’s warnings echoed the long-running reservations over the mRNA platform of other scientists, such as Dr. Mike Yeadon, a former Pfizer Chief Science Officer and VP. Again citing lack of “control” over how different people may react to the same shot, Dr. Yeadon and others were saying as far back as 2021:
“These vaccines have multiple steps which are not controllable, they’re not even measured but there will be differences between people. I think some people will make huge quantities to spike protein for a long time in bad places and they get ill and maybe die and other people make smaller quantities in more benign places and they say “Hey no side effects what are you complaining about?””
“[MRNA vaccines are] unlike conventional vaccines, when you get a fixed dose you know let’s call it five ‘millismidgins’ of a dead virus, [but] what you’re getting now [with mRNA] is five millismidgens of genetic code. But that means that Mike Yeadon might take that vaccine up very well and I might make lots of copies of it so I could end up with you know 250 ‘millismidgins’…you might take it up less well and you might let make less copies of it and get five ‘millismidgins.’ Well that’s a huge range of outcomes.”
In 2021 Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi, Professor Emeritus of the University of Mainz, winner of the Aronson Prize in microbiology and immunology, warned that the mRNA mechanism was an invitation to blood clots, heart damage, and multiple organ damage. Dr. Bhakdi said in a presentation (below):
“…those cells that are making the virus or the virus protein antivirus protein so these lymphocytes are going to mount the attack on your vessel walls this is the first way towards clot formation that as we know is happening all over the place all over the world now.”
