After administering two doses of vaccines (in human-equivalent amounts) to separate test groups of females, researchers found a significant and measurable decline in ovarian reserve—a biological indicator of fertility potential. The worst effects were seen in the mRNA vaccine group.

Key findings included:
- A marked reduction in anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH)—a hormone essential for healthy follicle development and a core marker of a woman’s remaining egg supply.
- Significant decreases in the number of healthy follicles at all stages of development—primordial, primary, secondary, and antral follicles.
- A rise in follicular atresia (death of developing eggs), especially pronounced in the mRNA group.
- Increased expression of apoptotic (cell death) and inflammatory markers, such as caspase-3, TGF-β1, and VEGF, suggesting that the vaccines may be accelerating ovarian aging and degeneration.
In simpler terms: the vaccines appeared to trigger cell death in ovarian tissue, shrinking the egg supply, and compromising fertility.
While the study was conducted on rats, the implications for human health cannot—and should not—be brushed aside. Animal models are widely used in biomedical research precisely because their physiology offers meaningful clues about human biology. And with reproductive health, early warning signs are often ignored until it’s too late.
