Democrats Introduce Bill to Criminalize Ejaculation by Straight Men

Democratic lawmakers in Ohio have announced plans to criminalize private masturbation by straight men.

The radical ‘Conception Begins at Erection Act’ was introduced by Reps. Anita Somani and Tristan Rader. If passed, it would make ejaculation a felony with a few exceptions, such as gay ejaculation within the LGBTQIAAP2S+ community.

“The bill would make it a felony for a man to have unprotected sex without wanting a baby,” Ohio 19 News reported Thursday night. “It does have some exceptions. It doesn’t apply if protection or contraception is used, if someone is masturbating, or donating sperm and it doesn’t apply to members of the LGBTQ+ community.”

Infowars.com reports: Somani explained why such unlawful sperm releases are felonious. Third-wave feminism appears to be the philosophy behind her legal theory.

“As an OBGYN the bills that have been proposed with reproductive rights have also proposed felonies and fines for healthcare providers for people who support those women or those folks who want to go get reproductive care so we shouldn’t be penalizing reproductive care for anybody and that again, is why we have the felony piece of this bill,” Somani said.

Illegal ejaculators can face up to a $10,000 fine for third-time orgasmic offenses.

Somani is hopeful she will get to introduce her bill in the next few months, allowing male Ohioans at least a few more months of unregulated ejaculations.

“I know how ludicrous my bill sounds,” Somani said in an op-ed. “What I am doing is making a point.”

Perhaps focusing on making points like this and not points on how to improve the lives of the American people are a major reason Democrats have taken an ‘L’ in the 2024 election.
