Bill Gates Stripped of ‘Immunity and Special Privileges’ in Kenya as Vaccine Deaths Surge

Globalist billionaire Bill Gates has lost his “special privileges and immunity” status in Kenya after a landmark ruling by the nation’s High Court, intensifying his growing legal troubles.

Kenya, a hub for Gates’ experimental vaccines and medical trials, has become a battleground as lawsuits from victims of experimental vaccine rollouts pile up against him.

The High Court issued orders suspending the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s special status, which included diplomatic immunity and privileges including tax-exempt status, pending the hearing of a case filed by the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).

The Gates Foundation is heavily invested in Kenya, and claims to “fund tools and technologies in agriculture, health, immunization, nutrition, sanitation, financial services, gender equality, family planning and more” in the East African nation.

This comes against the backdrop of an ongoing suit against Gates before a Dutch court in the Netherlands that ruled that he must face trial after seven individuals filed a lawsuit claiming injury from COVID-19 vaccines.

The ruling was made after seven plaintiffs claimed to have suffered adverse effects after being vaccinated during at the height of the pandemic.

The Informer report: The Kenyan government’s move to grant Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation immunity in the country has been challenged by the lawyers’ body, which argues that it should be declared null and void.

Prime Cabinet Secretary and CS for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Musalia Mudavadi in legal notice number 157 of October 4, 2024, exercised the powers conferred by section I of the Privileges and Immunities Act to confer special status on The Gates Foundation.

The Foundation is chaired by US Billionaire businessman and Microsoft founder Bill Gates who also doubles up as a philanthropist.

In a suit Bill Gates is facing in the Netherlands, Pfizer Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Albert Bourla, former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, and key members of the Dutch government’s COVID-19 response team as co-defendants.

The case could set a precedent for how global health leaders and pharmaceutical executives are held accountable for their roles in the pandemic.

The complainants have sued the philanthropist, former Dutch Prime Minister and current NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte, members of the Dutch government’s Covid-19 Outbreak Management Team, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and the Dutch state itself.

According to a Dutch publication, last year, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit naming Gates as one of the “experts” who made several claims about the Covid-19 experimental vaccines.

The complainants argued that Gates, through his involvement with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum (WEF), was involved in a far-reaching agenda known as “The Great Reset Project.”

The Great Reset initiative was an economic recovery plan drawn in June 2020 in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to its proponents and initiators, it was meant to facilitate rebuilding after the devastation occasioned by the pandemic in a way that prioritises sustainable development.

In the lawsuit, the complainants claimed that the agenda of the initiative included pushing for the uptake of unsafe vaccines.

Hence, they were deceived into taking the injections which have had devastating effects on them.

In 2020, Gates warned that developing a COVID-19 vaccine is only half the battle through his Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

“Several vaccines are in human trials, we aren’t sure which vaccines will be the most effective yet, and each requires unique technology to make. That means nations need to invest in many different kinds of manufacturing facilities now, knowing that some will never be used. Otherwise, we’ll waste months after the lab develops an immunization, waiting for the right manufacturer to scale up.” Gates said in his article in 2020.

The complainants further claimed that Gates made false statements about the vaccines promising that they would stop the virus transmission, prevent the illness, and eliminate the need for protective gear.
