Biden Issues Last-Minute Pardons For Members Of His Family During Trump Inauguration

Joe Biden used his final hours in the White House to issue several pre-emptive pardons.

In the final minutes of his presidency, Biden even issued a blanket pardon for five members of his own family.

Biden announced the preemptive pardons Monday while President Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony was underway.

The pardons were announced with less than 20 minutes left in Biden’s presidency and after he had already walked into the Capitol Rotunda to witness the swearing-in of Trump before leaving the Capitol for the last time as president.

InfoWars reports: Biden issued full and unconditional pardons for his brother James Biden, sister-in-law Sara Jones Biden, younger sister Valerie Biden Owens, brother-in-law John T. Owens, and youngest brother Francis W. Biden, claiming they were subject to “unrelenting attacks and threats.”

“My family has been subjected to unrelenting attacks and threats, motivated solely by a desire to hurt me — the worst kind of partisan politics,” Biden said in a statement. “Unfortunately, I have no reason to believe these attacks will end.”

“I believe in the rule of law, and I am optimistic that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics. But baseless and politically motivated investigations wreak havoc on the lives, safety, and financial security of targeted individuals and their families. Even when individuals have done nothing wrong and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage their reputations and finances.”

The pardons absolve his family members “for any nonviolent offenses against the United States which they may have committed or taken part in” from January 1, 2014 through January 20, 2025.

This comes weeks after Biden issued a similar blanket pardon for his son Hunter Biden, whose pardon also took effect from January 1, 2014.

Hours earlier, Biden had issued blanket preemptive pardons for former NIAID director Anthony Fauci, former Joint Chief of Staff chairman Gen. Mark Milley, Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), the rest of the members of the House January 6 Committee, and more.

Even according to fellow Democrats, the acceptance of these pardons brings about a tacit admission of guilt or wrongdoing, even though those who have been pardoned have not been formally accused of any crimes.

The House Oversight Committee’s ongoing investigation into Biden’s influence peddling found Biden’s family members like James Biden were played a role in Joe and Hunter’s shady business dealings involving Ukraine, China and other entities.

House Oversight Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) last week recommended criminal charges for James Biden for lying to Congress when questioned over his role in the Biden Crime Family influence peddling scheme.

“Though President Biden’s saccharine (and wholly ironic) rantings of political persecution and weaponized prosecution of Hunter Biden are specious, they are inapplicable to the non-prosecution of his brother, James Biden, who has lied to the United States Congress and has faced no accountability to date,” Comer wrote in a letter to Pam Bondi, Trump’s Attorney General pick.

“I write to encourage the Department under your leadership to hold James Biden accountable for lying to Congress to protect his brother, the soon-to-be-former President Biden. No one should be above the law, regardless of his last name.”

Biden’s sister-in-law Sara Jones Biden was likewise implicated in Joe Biden’s criminal enterprise.

Specifically, the Committee’s reports mention that Sara Biden signed a $40,000 check designated as a “loan repayment” to Joe Biden.

This check was from an account that had received funds through various transfers originating from Hunter Biden’s dealings with a Chinese energy company.

It remains to be seen where the Oversight Committee’s investigation will end up now that Biden’s entire family is now immune from prosecution related to his financial crimes.
