Ashton Kutcher Planning to Flee US To Escape Diddy Subpoena

Ashton Kutcher and his wife, Mila Kunis, are planning to flee the US amidst the ongoing scandal involving Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to reports from Europe.

The Two and a Half Men star has been under scrutiny since Diddy, a long-term close friend, was arrested on charges including conspiracy racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Kutcher is said to be “scared” that Diddy might spread false allegations to clear his name, according to the Irish Star.

The insider shares that Kutcher is wary about Diddy’s actions in the face of the police investigation, pointing out, “He feels Diddy would have no problem lying to authorities and tossing out some of his famous friend’s names if it meant it could get him out of jail.”

“Diddy could say anything, do anything, or turn on anyone at this point. Everyone close to Diddy fears the possibility of Diddy making up false allegations to clear his own name.”

An In Touch Weekly source also confirmed that Kutcher and Kunis plan to leave Hollywood for Europe to avoid being drawn into the criminal and civil trials surrounding their friend.

It was previously reported by The Daily Mail that Ashton Kutcher was bracing for a subpoena following a raid on Diddy’s properties earlier in the year. The informant underlined, “He does not want to get involved in this, but knows that his association means he already is.”

With regards to law enforcement contact, Kutcher is apparently ready to cooperate, with the source claiming, “If he gets contacted by the authorities, he will be fully cooperative as he has nothing to hide.”

The insider also suggested that although Kutcher realizes his involvement is tricky, “Ashton knows that he dug himself a hole with this one, but never in a million years did he believe that Diddy was truly doing these horrible things.”

Furthermore, to squash any speculations, the source clarified that Kutcher was never at Diddy’s infamous parties, however there is plenty of documentary evidence in the form of video and photographs to disprove this statement.

Watch this video, for example, where Kutcher discusses his experiences at Diddy’s parties:

“Ashton’s so exasperated that once again he’s being dragged through the mud because of his past associations,” the source claimed, also mentioning his past association with Danny Masterson, who has been convicted of rape.

Kutcher and Kunis had previously written letters to the judge in support of Masterson, their fellow That 70s Show alum, claiming he was a good person.

However, when these letters became public, the couple faced significant backlash online, leading them to apologize via Instagram.

The source revealed that Kutcher, Kunis, and their children spent the summer in Europe and that moving there is a big priority for the couple as they believe it would provide their children with a “more grounded lifestyle.”
