The Dutch Grand Prix is once again going all out this year for a spectacular Super Friday to get the F1 weekend started.
The internationally praised opening day of Zandvoort’s race weekend (August 29-31) promises to be unforgettable for fans of all ages, with the event designed to attract motorsport enthusiasts, families, groups of friends, and music lovers alike.
One of the best visited Fridays on the F1 calendar features a varied programme, including free practice sessions of Formula 1, Q&As with the F1 teams, and world-famous Dutch artists performing during the evening.
Highlights include an official Opening Show with appearances by F1 drivers, on-track stunt shows, a performance by Kensington, and a booming 90s Closing Party.

The 2025 Dutch Grand Prix is the penultimate opportunity for fans to experience a Formula 1 weekend live in Zandvoort, with the final Dutch Grand Prix set to take place in 2026.
Super Friday not only offers an accessible introduction to the race weekend, but it’s also a content-rich programme that appeals to a wide audience.
Starting off with an opening show accompanied by DJ Paul Elstak, fans will meet their favorite F1 drivers during live Q&A sessions before the grandstands then fill up for the day’s free practice sessions – combined with the Full Throttle Track Show.
The day then concludes in the Fanzone with a Dutch Hour, a live performance by Kensington, and a trip back in time with the 90s Closing Party.

“We’re really excited to play at the Dutch Grand Prix on Super Friday,” said Kensington. “One of the biggest events of the year, and an international gathering of fast cars, superstars and loud engines. We can’t wait to add a little extra rock and roll to that!”
Jan Lammers, Sporting Director of the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, and former Formula 1 driver, added: “Just like last year, we’ll kick off the race weekend with an opening show, and hopefully, an equally packed Fanzone. All over the world, people are watching how we shape our Friday, which is now seen as the benchmark. I believe this line-up is the perfect way to open what promises to be an unforgettable weekend again.”
Tickets are available on F1 Tickets, and are expected to sell out quickly thanks to the special line-up and packed event schedule.
